Restorative Yoga
Monday’s starts on 2nd Feb at 7.15- 8.30pm (monthly course) $60
Using many props to create a wonderful place. Fresh from Donna Farhi’s training Arvinderfee returns with many wonderful techniques to enhance your experience. Booking is strongly recommended.

Over 50’s Course
Tuesday’s Starts on 3rd Feb at 1.30 to 2.45pm (monthly course) $60
The Albany Yoga Room has since its inception in 2000 encouraged and nurtured many older students. We have created a slow and gentle class where you will be surrounded by like-minded (i.e., mature) and perhaps like-bodied students!

And 3-week Absolute Beginners Intro Course starts Sunday 22nd Feb to 8th March at 11.30pm (tell your mates – still some spaces) $60 per person or $110 for two. Do you want to start from the beginning in a supportive safe environment with others who are new to yoga too?  Are you worried that you are not flexible enough and that everyone else will be more experienced then you? Then the absolute beginners course is perfect for you.

Kundalini Yoga course & Shakti Dance 
5 week Sunday course starting on 15th Feb at 4.30-5.45pm
This style of yoga practice stimulates the immune, nervous and glandular systems to bring us into real harmony. This is great for people who like variety, need low impact exercises that still builds strength, and are looking to reduce stress. On our first and last week of this course I will also be introducing Shakti Yoga Dance as a means to supporting a healthy fluid body, this practice incorporates movement patterns, dance and mantra (repeated sound) to enhance your health and bring harmony. $60 for the course or $25 for the two Shakti Dance classes 15th Feb & 15th March (note this will need to be paid for by bank transfer).
