Yin Yoga is a very slow and gentle practice specifically designed to create both space and strength in the joints.

While a good deal of time is spent in our regular classes focusing on strengthening and stretching our muscles, Yin Yoga teaches us to be patient, be quiet, and tune in to the skeleton and joints of the body. Poses may be held for anything between 2 and 15 minutes.

While relieving tightness in the muscles and joints it brings the busy stressed-out mind into a place that peaceful and relaxed.
