Looking for a great yoga class on Auckland's North Shore?

Choose from our timetable below.

But first, a few things you may like to know..................

Beginners are welcome in all special classes (Restorative, Over 50's, Pregnancy, Mums & Babies and Yin) You may also attend General classes if the Beginner times don't suit you.

And likewise, more experienced students are warmly welcomed into Beginner classes if you enjoy taking a step backwards and working more slowly into your practice in order perhaps to experience a deeper connection.

No need to book for any classes except Over-50's Intro and Mums & Babies

If you'd like a little taste of MEDITATION come to our 9.30am Thursday class or our Sunday class. We offer a short guided meditation immediately AFTER those classes for students who would like to stay.

For monthly Restorative yoga classes during the day time (as opposed to weekly evening ones) check the Morning Restorative category under Class Descriptions on our menu.

Over long weekends and public holidays please always check which classes are running.

09:30 - 11:00     General class with Susan Grbic

Monday

09:15 - 10:45     General class with Susan Grbic.

12:00 - 13.15     Yin Yoga class with Annie Van Den Bergh (very slow & stretchy).

17:45 - 19:00     General class with Susan Grbic.

19:15 - 20:30     Restorative class with Susan Grbic. (deep relaxation)

 

Tuesday

9.30 - 11.00   Beginners class with Susan Grbic

12.00 - 1.15   Beginners class with Deborah Rubin

1.30 - 2.45    Over - 50's with Deborah Rubin (monthly course - booking essential)

17.45 - 1900  Beginners class with Susan Grbic

19.30 - 20.30   Tai Chi class with Courtney Brown

Wednesday

09:15 - 10:45     General class with Deborah Rubin.

17:45 - 19:00     Beginners class with Deborah Rubin.

19:15 - 20:30     General class with Annie Van Den Bergh.

Thursday

09:30 - 11:00     Beginners class with Susan Grbic.

12:00 - 13:15     Mums and babies class with Jo Hogan. (8 week course - booking essential)

13.45 - 14.45     Tai Chi class with Courtney Brown

17:45 - 19:00     General class with Helena Skalova.

Friday

10:00 - 11:30     General class with Susan Grbic.

12:00 - 13:15     Beginners  class with Deborah Rubin.

Saturday

09:00 - 10:15 General class with Jo Hogan.

10:30 - 11:45 Pregnancy class with Jo Hogan.
