“The true journey of discovery consists not in seeking new landscapes but in having fresh eyes” (Marcel Proust)
We know you just want to come for the amazing food and the gorgeous views but here’s another reason…..
Leaving behind your hectic life, come and spend a weekend immersing yourself in yoga. Enjoy asana, breathing, meditation and the philosophical teachings of yoga as we investigate how to find emotional clarity, stability and balance not just in the moment of practice but as we move through our lives.
Please don't worry about your level of experience because this retreat is really for everyone. The asana practices will not be difficult, the breathing will be gentle, the talks will be inspiring and the meditations will not be too long! So besides having wonderfully relaxing 'me' time that will leave you feeling uplifted and enriched, we hope you will also take away with you a new understanding and fresh ways of viewing and handling physical, mental and emotional issues as they arise.
