We offer classes 7 days a week helping to make this accessible by offering discounted rates with class cards and a drop in rate for certain classes.

What are the many benefits that come from a regular yoga practice?

Practising yoga often creates a more flexible, agile and supple you and improves your overall health.

Why do yoga?

Yoga is good for everyone – you don’t have to be young and flexible. In fact, the first thing most beginners say is “I’m really stiff” – don’t worry – that’s why you need yoga! Regular yoga practice brings strength, toning and flexibility, helping you to find relief from physical ailments and gain renewed vigour and energy both physical and mental. We will treat you as a unique individual and want you to find the teacher and the class that is just right for you.

Meet our friendly team

Teachers at the Albany Yoga Room maintain a strong emphasis on the careful alignment of the body. However, each of us has a slightly different style. We have teachers with training and experience in various schools of Yoga and draw on our experience of Iyengar, Kundalini, Hatha, Restorative, Mums and Babies and Pregnancy yoga.
