Senior Iyengar yoga teacher Sue Scott will lead you through an uplifting Iyengar yoga workshop.
Sue’s teaching style, whilst welcoming to all encourages a rigorous and challenging approach to the practice of asana. Known for her clarity in teaching the intricacies of yoga practice, she is inspiring to both novices and yoga teachers alike.
This workshop will leave you encouraged and inspired to deepen your yoga practice.
This is the first time Sue has come to Auckland so grab the opportunity to study with her.

It is open to any student (or teacher) of AYR who has 6 months experience or more.
A little bit about Sue
Sue Scott has extensive knowledge of the body, gained from her background in classical and modern dance in Australia and Europe that informs her practice at a deep level. Following a spinal injury, Sue was introduced to the healing qualities of Iyengar Yoga, and from there began teaching in 1992.
Sue visits the Iyengar Yoga Institute- RIMYI in Pune, India regularly.
Fully qualified directly from BKS Iyengar, Sue is a Senior Intermediate 1 Iyengar Yoga teacher and Teacher Trainer.
Sue’s interest is to promote a deeper understanding of how to support and nurture a holistic and disciplined yoga practice while incorporating the fundamentals of yogic philosophy.
