Indian Head Massage

Indian head massage, or Champissage has been practiced all over India for thousands of years. This therapy was introduced into the UK in 1978 by Narendra Mehta an osteopath and massage therapist.
He found that it could bring tremendous relief from aches and pains not only in the head, but also in other parts of the body. The increased circulation to the head, shoulders and neck has benefits for increased concentration and helps with eye strain, headaches and other aches and pains.

Saturday 28th May 2.00pm to 4.00pm $30
