Body Earth Yoga Dance –In this short workshop experience, we will explore the body in relation to the land, primarily through the voices of rock-bone, our internal waterways, and sand, as connective tissue. The emphasis will be on embodied Dance improvisation.

Yoga for Back Care and Back Pain –Move with ease and cultivate a better understanding and practice of yoga for back pain and support a healthy spine with Narelle, a global leading exponent on yoga for scoliosis.

Asymmetric Spine Workshop – The only yoga teacher in the Southern Hemisphere to specialise in yoga for the asymmetric spine. Scoliosis has taught Narelle how to help an individual learn a new felt sense of the body in space. 

Offering help in traction and de-rotation within the asymmetric spine. Much can change!

This year’s residential well-being weekend will be themed around mid-winter solstice celebration. In Europe the solstice has traditionally been celebrated as a time for coming together as a community. Have fun to raise the spirits when the weather is cold and dark. To share good food and nourish ourselves to boost our resilience over the winter months
The weekend offers a full programme of workshops for you to enjoy including, guided meditation & relaxation, breathing exercises, massage workshop, laughter yoga, yoga asana (postures), in a beautiful setting with good company, delicious food (vegetarian) and some winter fun including a little mulled wine made with love and secret Santa!
Hannah has a gentle, fun, and passionate manner — working as a yoga teacher and holistic therapist for 18 years; facilitating and holding workshops & retreats in NZ & overseas
The venue, Bella Rakha, is set in 32 acres of park-like grounds and native bush, with well-heated rooms and a roaring fire in the practice room. The secluded property is a true escape from the hustle and bustle of city life, but only a 25 minute drive from Auckland CBD
